# M09 field logistics: source and evidence register

Reviewed 2026-10-12; destination-method sources supplemented 2026-10-13; LOG02 source link and page references checked again 2026-10-14. Baseline `58c1da7`. This batch covers transport requests, resource and cargo assembly, bounded numerical reasoning and handover records. Specialist `not_assigned / pending_field_review`; no actual measurement, assembly validation, flight, authorization, shipment, receipt or learner evidence. CPX-Sim remains paused.

| ID | Primary source and actual reading | Bounded use | Exclusions |
|---|---|---|---|
| LOG01 | [UNICEF Guidance on the Use of Drones in Supply Chains](https://www.unicef.org/supply/documents/unicef-guidance-use-drones-supply-chains), [official PDF](https://www.unicef.org/supply/media/10326/file), 16 physical pages. Read cover/contents and sections 1–3 at physical/printed pages 4–7 through aircraft/service context. Publication year not verified. | Start from transport needs and feasibility, stakeholders, aircraft and service choices within the wider logistics network. | No claim of full appendices, medical/cold-chain/procurement protocol reading. No cost-benefit, clinical outcome, frequency, general payload/endurance or autonomous-flight permission transferred. A subsequent PDF open timed out; no access bypass. |
| LOG02 | [DJI FlyCart 30 downloads](https://www.dji.com/flycart-30/downloads) lists User Manual v1.1 with a 2025-07-09 posting date. [Official PDF](https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/DJI_FlyCart_30/20250709/DJI_FlyCart_30_User_Manual_v1.1_0709.pdf), 25,743,382 bytes, 98 physical pages; the cover still says v1.1 2024.06, so the posting date is not a new cover revision. Downloaded and checked on 2026-10-14; read cover and physical/printed pages 33 and 79 only. | System-specific weight/CG display and cargo loading cautions on the inspected pages establish why the appropriate manual and complete assembly need review. | Not all 98 pages read; no claim that uninspected passages match the older file. No device procedure, distance, takeoff rule, payload capacity or calibration instruction generalized. Winch guide not read; no release procedure. No purchase recommendation or claim to have verified latest hardware specifications. |
| LOG03 | [UNICEF Drone Delivery Programme Planning and Implementation Checklist for Partners, Annex 1](https://www.unicef.org/supply/media/10331/file/Annex-1-%2520Drone-Planning-Implementation-Checklist-Partners.pdf), 3-page official PDF, read page 3 Step 2 plus page 1 regulatory context on 2026-10-13. | Step 2 asks for facilities/destination characteristics, recipient-side storage and capacity, cargo profile, one-/two-way service, end user and activity owner. Supports asking both ends before choosing a delivery method. | Written for health supply chains. No medical handling protocol, Thai permission, site approval, airworthiness or landing/winch/drop procedure inferred. |
| LOG04 | [Logistics Operational Guide: Before Distribution](https://log.logcluster.org/en/distribution-0) and [Goods Flow Management](https://log.logcluster.org/en/goods-flow-management), read official HTML sections Approach/Sites, Planning Reception/At Cargo Reception on 2026-10-13. | Supports checking access and people at a receiving/distribution point, advance receiving preparation, physical count/condition and goods received record. | General humanitarian logistics guidance, not an aviation procedure or Thai regulation. Distribution site details are questions for the relevant owner, not universal drone landing-zone dimensions. |

Derived paraphrases stay bounded across chapter, kits and this register: LOG01 at most 180 English-word equivalents, LOG02 at most 120, without extended quotations. The workflow, schemas, activities, KSEC outcomes, rubric, cases and arithmetic are authored educational design, not UNICEF SOP or DJI performance parameters. Source PDFs are not redistributed.

LOG02 previously linked the [202406UM file](https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/DJI_FlyCart_30/202406UM/DJI_FlyCart_30_User_Manual_v1.1.pdf) (96 pages, checked pages 33/78). The official download listing now points to the 20250709 file above (98 pages); the cover revision string remains 2024.06. Only the cited passages on pages 33/79 of the new file were compared for this update. Readers should check the current official download and their own aircraft configuration before any operational decision.

## Authored evidence

TRAIN-LOG-01 has two authored registers: 15 component rows for shipments A/B/C and eight handover events. All masses, relative one-axis positions, energy budgets, roles, plan identifiers and authorization/event scenarios are fictional teaching assumptions. `measurement_status`, `assembly_validation_status` and `execution_status` are `not_performed`; receipt evidence `not_supplied`; review `pending_field_review`.

The five-component mass model explicitly includes aircraft-with-battery, empty case, packaging and two content packs. Teaching payload excludes aircraft-with-battery; gross includes every component. The 8 kg gross budget, ±0.02 m CG interval and 20 Wh reserve are authored bounds, not an approved aircraft envelope or operational reserve. A is within only toy inequalities; B is outside them. C has a 7 kg known subtotal but missing packaging mass and position mean complete payload/gross/moment/CG remain unknown. Its 55 Wh known energy subtotal is not complete mission energy or usable headroom. No physical or dynamic CG/propulsion/range assessment is supplied.

Handover quantities are cumulative reports: L03 reports one pack, L04 corrects to two and preserves L03, L05 acknowledges that report without adding quantity or accepting unknown condition. L08 belongs to PLAN-0, retained as history without updating PLAN-1. Authored confirmation assumptions do not establish real authorization; unconfirmed rights/recipient hold dispatch, with draft preparation allowed. No row establishes an actual dispatch, custody transfer, receipt or accepted cargo condition.

Actual use needs confirmed stock, people/tools, sender and recipient readiness, appropriate current authorization/site/airspace information, applicable cargo handling, manufacturer-compatible assembly and responsible operator review. Surface transport, service provider, alternate recipient plan and postponement are alternatives. Special medical or hazardous cargo requires separate competent review; this chapter provides no handling protocol.

D01–D20 remain proposed tests with `actual=not_run`; no validator, uploader, flight controller, inventory allocator or mission runtime is introduced. Photographs are generated illustrative scenes, not raw TRAIN-LOG-01 evidence. No personal address, actual recipient or supply-sensitive field data is published.

The 2026-10-13 extension `TRAIN-M09-DEST-01` is an independent four-card tabletop about destination and transfer-method evidence. The terms `hold_site`, `hold_receiver`, `hold_method` and `candidate_surface` are authored worksheet statuses, not production workflow states. It adds no measured site, operator confirmation, approved transfer method, shipment or receipt. It reuses M09 KSEC IDs without replacing the original manifest, handover events, D01–D20 or rubric. LOG03–LOG04 support the questions; the four-card decision table and diagram are instructional synthesis.
